Small Parcel
This parcel size is used for compact orders. It can only contain capsule products and can weigh up to 1 kg including packaging.

We ship all orders via DHL.
Shipping fees depend on the parcel size we use for your order.
We use different parcel sizes based on the quantity, weight and size of the products in your order.
The final shipping fee may be adjusted individually depending on the total weight of your order. Below are the regular prices for each parcel size:

Shipping Costs per Order
Shipping costs are calculated per order, not per item.
If multiple products fit into the same parcel, the shipping cost remains the same regardless of the number of units included.
Example:
If a customer orders 1 unit of Ashwagandha Capsules within Germany, the shipping cost is 4,50€. If the customer orders 3 units of Ashwagandha Capsules, they still fit into a Small Parcel, so the shipping cost remains 4,50€.
Parcel S, M & L
For orders over 1 kg or orders that don’t fit into a Small Parcel, we use Parcel S, M or L. The exact parcel size depends on the total weight and dimensions of the order. We always select the smallest possible parcel size for each individual order.

When an order is placed on your Shopify store, the order is automatically sent to Suplify for fulfillment. We handle the production, packaging, and shipping directly to your customer.

Invoices for product and shipping costs are automatically generated by Stripe after each order. You can download all invoices from the billing page inside the Suplify app.
Subscription payments are handled via Shopify. For product and shipping payments, we currently accept credit cards only. If you'd like to use another payment method in the future, feel free to contact us — we're always open to feedback.
No. There are no hidden fees — you only pay the monthly subscription and the product and shipping costs per order. Everything is transparently displayed.
Product payments are processed automatically through Stripe. Whenever a customer places an order in your store, the product and shipping costs are charged to your saved payment method.
